Vacancies at Asia Plateau
Asia Plateau is an International Training and Conference Centre of Initiatives of Change (India), run by a not-for-profit Trust with the aim of training people in taking initiatives of change to create a cleaner, calmer, fairer world starting with themselves. To look after the various tasks at the Centre, we need:
Manager: Administration who would be responsible for day-to-day administration, maintenance of facilities, staff administration, purchases and support programs of the Centre.
Personnel Requirements:
(1) The position calls for a highly self-motivated individual capable of providing excellent administration through teamwork with the staff.
(2) Being an international training centre, good spoken and written English and computer proficiency are essential.
(3) Fluency in spoken Hindi and/or Marathi would also be necessary.
(4) Candidates who have successfully managed a large residential facility would be preferred.

Catering Supervisor:
Personnel Requirements:
(1) Graduate of a reputed college trained in hospitality with basic computer knowledge.
(2) Ability to provide food for up to 300 persons together with a team of two cooks and support staff. Menus would include vegetarian and non-vegetarian, sometimes with international content.

(1) room allocations according to guidelines provided,
(2) maintaining high standards in housekeeping and cleanliness of facilities and (3) attention to detail.
