Asia Plateau is an International Training and Conference Centre of Initiatives of Change (India), run by a not-for-profit Trust with the aim of training people in taking initiatives to create a better world starting with themselves. The challenge for everyone at the Centre is their contribution to India’s future.

We are looking for a General Manager. He would be responsible for running Asia Plateau and its facilities in a cost effective manner with five direct reportables. He would be required to ensure training of his staff with the objective of improving services and support for conferences and other programmes.

The position requires proven skills of leadership, administration, budgeting and time management. Proficiency in spoken and written English and working knowledge of Hindi and Marathi as well as computers (Microsoft Office) is an asset. How people are treated is essential for success. Integrity and values are critical for this position.

Remuneration would be based on experience and competency; but we welcome as a non-profit NGO those who are willing to trade in a part of their salary with satisfaction and pride that comes in serving the people and our country. Subsidized boarding and lodging on campus would be provided.
